The Florida Institute for Classical Learning (FICL) has secured discounted room blocks for guests attending the 2026 Summit On Classical Education. Rooms are available at three different hotels, allowing attendees to choose the option that best suits their needs and preferences.
Please note that room availability is limited. We encourage guests to book as soon as possible to secure their accommodations.

Block release date
Room blocks are limited and cannot be guaranteed. Each hotel has established its own booking deadline and room-release date, after which discounted rates and availability may no longer be offered. We strongly encourage guests to book their accommodations as soon as possible to secure their preferred hotel and rate.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary by hotel. Each guest is responsible for reviewing the hotel’s cancellation policy at the time of booking and ensuring all requirements and deadlines are followed. Failure to comply with the hotel’s stated policy may result in penalties or forfeited deposits.

While the Florida Institute for Classical Learning (FICL) has assisted in securing room blocks for summit attendees, all hotel reservations are the sole responsibility of each individual guest. Guests are responsible for booking their accommodations, submitting payment, and managing any changes, cancellations, or additional amenities, including valet parking or other hotel services.
